Pick-up takes place early in the morning.

Between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m., our driver will collect you from your accommodation in Panama City in a 4x4 vehicle for up to 6 passengers.

• The exact time is confirmed the day before the tour.
• Waiting time may be up to 30 minutes.

The drive takes approximately 2.5 hours and passes through the jungle of the San Blas region.

During the trip, there is a brief stop at a supermarket where you may purchase snacks or additional beverages such as bottled water, wine, or beer.

Around 8:30 a.m., you will arrive at the San Blas dock, where you will board our boat to begin your ocean adventure.

The first stop of the tour is on one of the islands in the archipelago, where you can relax on the beach, swim in crystal-clear waters, and enjoy the natural surroundings.

One of the islands commonly visited is Isla Gato (Misdub).

You will then visit a natural pool in the middle of the sea—a shallow sandbank where you can swim and observe starfish in their natural habitat.

The next stop is a second island, where a traditional lunch is served and you will have time to relax, swim, or explore the island.

The second island may vary depending on daily conditions and availability.

Around 4:00 p.m., you will return to the port and take the vehicle back to Panama City, concluding the experience in the afternoon.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour date to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
• In case of no-show, no refund will be issued.

If the tour must be canceled due to extreme weather conditions or force majeure situations that prevent safe operation, the client will have the option to:

• Reschedule the tour for another available date, or
• Receive a full refund.

Date changes requested at least 48 hours in advance are subject to availability and free of charge.

Changes requested less than 48 hours in advance are not guaranteed and may be treated as a late cancellation.

• A passport is required for this tour.
• The road to San Blas has curves and hills; motion sickness medication is recommended before travel.
• The order of island visits and some schedules may vary depending on weather and operational conditions.
• The islands visited may change depending on availability.
• San Blas is a protected indigenous region; services are basic and rustic compared to the city.
• All tourism services are managed by local Guna communities.
• Waiting times at ports may be longer than usual; this is part of the authentic San Blas experience.

We offer pick-up from hotels and accommodations located within Panama City.

For hotels outside the urban area, such as Playa Bonita, an additional fee of USD 20 per person applies, payable in cash.
